The hotel offers spacious and newly decorated rooms with a big closet, clean laminate floors, and great pool area, although there were some noise disturbances from ongoing work. The service was friendly with minor issues, and the location was fabulous but limited. Dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were up to par.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is fantastic, near Tempe and a short drive to downtown Scottsdale, though a bit small. The dining experience was average, and I enjoyed relaxing in the neat and comfortable surroundings. The value for money was fair, considering the paid breakfast.
The Hospitality Inn and Suites has great, clean, and large rooms, but they look tired and would benefit from an update. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Lance. The location is near old town Scottsdale, which I liked. The facilities are decent.
